Fish Head Noodle Soup Recipe| The soup is thick and the fish is tender 😋
Hello everyone! Today we are making Malaysian Fish Head Rice Noodle Soup, which is one of my favorite Malaysian delicacies. In fact, the process is not complicated. The choice of fish can be based on the variety of local fish, or according to your personal preference.
Tips:
1. After frying the fish bones, be sure to pour boiling water, so that the soup will be milky white;
2. Rice noodles are also of different thicknesses according to personal preference;
