They need lights in the shadows, the little space in between the other lights, no dark spaces!!! And they are good at making tunnels... so sink very long polls down and add some seismic monitors to them. Make it really hard for them.

Fisher Industries is another example of letting the private sector do its work... They are efficient, effective, and cheaper than the government. I love their system of business and the border wall. Thank you Fisher for being there for the minority of Americans that believe in border security.
