I personally think it’s about the nostalgia of baseball. The colors are very dim which could represent a memory/flashback. The soundtrack is also pretty relaxed and reflective. The ending of this show was brilliant with the different tosses representing the bases and the silk of a baseball. Loved this show

Exactly what it was about! Nostalgia of the game and the memories of baseball that many have with family members. With visual imagery from A League of Their Own.

Was the last girl okay? It looked like her solo toss hit her knee and I saw her limping after the performance :(

I think this show is a homage to A League of Their Own. Or at least the Women's Baseball League of the 40 & 50s. I felt the boys could have been Umpires would have been a color contrast with the uniforms. I agree, there's very little baseball imagery going on. But still a very nice show. Kind of wanted a hot dog.

I disagree with you. There were many references to baseball(the rifle color, flag silks, the choreography, and the tosses signifying the different types of bases). I think this show was brilliant! I do think it was a bit too long but that’s my only “issue” with it
