Fishing a DUCK LURE at THE BEST LAKE IN MINNESOTA!

This hidden Lake has multiple state record size largemouth bass in it and today we’re going to try to catch one on a topwater duck. This is the Fruck or frog duck, it’s a hollow body duck that fish can’t resist. Let me know what crazy lure I should fish with next?

That's a fun place to fish. Have you caught any of the random northerns in there? My friend missed a small one (~18") a few weeks ago while jigging for crappies, but I've heard there are some absolute monsters.

Btw when me and my brother went to our fishing store we picked up some turtle lures and I gotta say they work like a charm for musky, pike, and bass in lakes and rivers It’s the same brand as the duck lure it’s branded lunkerhunt you should pick one up for a video. It would be so sick

Yes very much, depends what your targeting but if it’s windy they might not be able to see your topwater as well, or a change in barametric pressure can effect walleye a lot

Bass don't stop eating because it's dark, some of my biggest Frog bass ever have came after midnight. The only difference in night topwater fishing is your lure needs to be a little more noisy. I change the way i work a frog after dark.

Really hmm, well being native to Wisco, haven’t fished any other state other then big mama lake Michigan unfortunately.. I really need to get on it and get out there, but hopefully going to Michigan come winter, really want to get on some key lakes up northhh. But anyways if your ever in wi, nw of Winnebago, and want to target some big bass in a really nice lake, that’s not to big not to small, some really nice beds, lmk! Caught a really healthy 17”er was beautiful looked just like the one you caught that was right at the beginning of ice out

Could be wrong cause there’s a lot of cedar lakes in Minnesota but the one in Aitkin did me right on huge bass and northern occasional big walleyes and real big bluegills and Sunny’s but I haven’t been there in two years
