Yeh iv fished there before just behind Chatham island, got afew break sea and Harley’s at the same spot.

I know where that is Cam. I first saw this on Google maps about 10 years ago, and there were no photos of it, so me and a mate actually hiked there and back from MB carpark in an afternoon, as we had no 4WD. Walking on all that soft sand for the best part of 20km was pretty brutal from memory. I think I managed to get the first photos of it on Google maps. I hadn't long quit smoking, and the hike back up to the top almost killed me. If you want another adventure in the area, I recommend driving to the inlet estuary further north. It is a secluded spot in a valley. Stunning. Track is closed seasonally, so check before you go.
