That was some advanced figure 8 shit right there. As a Snook fisherman, I always feel the equipment used for Musky is overkill. I need to watch a video I guess explaining why. It just seems like a little lighter weight rods and reels would be less fatiguing, with having to make so many casts. Bulaw/Peric is the dream team of cold waters tournament fishing, great banter.

After that last perch fishing video I was so stoked for some fresh content on this channel, and not that tournament fishing is lame, but this old footage felt like watching a lost football game from last year. When I fished that area of lake of woods a couple of times we went over 120 miles in a day trying to get a crazy fish.

I’ve driven by that spot like 50 times and always thought it looked pretty fishy. I should probably stop and fish it. Also, I hope you at least fished the falls off camera in Nestor falls. My 2 biggest skis ever came from them.

It's considered Northwest Ontario. It is weird because it's right by the border, but pretty much anything north of Toronto is considered 'north'

Yeah that is correct but lotw is on the border. You go south and you are in the USA. Would you consider lake St Claire southwest Ontario?

@@J_D_B4379 Ontario goes way further south then the Amarican border under LOTW. Kenora is very North compaired to Toronto or Niraga falls. Kenora fron Niagara Falls is like a 20 hour drive. Canada is much bigger then the US.

@@J_D_B4379 lake St Claire owould be south west Ontario Yes. from Kenora to Windsor would be like driving from Windsor to Florida (and thats cutting through the states. if you stick to canada it would be the same as driving to Texas. When you look at US vs canada that inclused alaska and alaska is massive in size compared to other states. its alot of US land. when you look at the map they look similer in size but in realtity ontario is massive in comparison what most people would view a state in the lower 48.

Lake of the Woods is as far southwest as you can go in Ontario, although you can drive an hour north of the border you're still there cause the lake is HUGE! You know that if you leave the boat you're disqualified, right?

Southwestern Ontario is Winsor/Sarnia and all in-between.

need to brush up on your geography. Lake of the woods is like 20 to 24 hours north of the most southern part of Ontario. It would be like driving from Detroit to Houston Texes.
