My most memorible catch was with my dad, We started fishing like september 2022, And even though we had been fishing for several months we hadn't caught a single fish. I had tried using many lures but noneof them worked But saw a Chatterbait at Walmart and i was like... "Why not give it the Chatterbait a shot?" So i bought it and went fishing with it that same day And to my surprise i caught a 3 pound bass! I got really exited. And its currently my PB Im so thankfull i got to experience that! Just a moment i will never forget.

you're videos always stay exciting, my most memorable catch probably isn't the most exciting but it's meaningful to me. I had always gone for panfish as a kid and I tied on a hair jig on a camping trip one time and was really struggling for a bite. It turned out all the gills were scared out by a 3-pound largie that hit my ultralight setup and this was my first ever bass and one of the only fish my typically disaproving Dad was proud of as he had jokingly told me to pack up 5 minutes before

My most memorable catch was by far my first ever. I was 5 or 6 years old and my grandpa had just flown down to San Diego where I lived at the time. A few days after he got there he asked if I knew how to fish and if I wanted to learn. I didn’t know anything at the time and I wanted to hang out with grandpa so I said that I wanted to learn. He got my brother and I set up with the basics. (A cheap rod reel combo, bobber, hook, and a worm). We went out to a pond that I lived by and we went fishing. I honestly don’t remember how long we fished for but I do remember my little brother being bored and us going home because of that. The next afternoon my grandpa and I went up there again but this time by ourselves. There were some teenagers up there. Probably around 13-15 years old. They were catching bluegills left and right while I hadn’t even gotten a bite. Right before they left my grandpa asked them what bait they were using and if we could try it. They were using hotdogs and cut me a piece. I caught a sunny as soon as my bait sunk below the water. That was my first fish and my most memorable one. That fish was the one that started my addiction lol. Idk who those kids were that had the hot dogs but I truly home that they are doing good in life right now.

I was fishing with my uncle for northern pike. We were out for the whole morning and got a few snake northern. We wanted to get some lunch, so we headed back to load up the boat. We saw a good spot and he told me one more cast, so I casted my spinner out and caught the biggest fish of my life. It was a 29” northern. That was my best fishing memory

my dad and i were fishing at a campground in nj. we were fishing off a bridge into a river about 30 ft below. my line wasn’t getting bit at all, but my dad’s had a big bass on it. when i wasn’t looking, he switched our rods (they were basically identical), and i had to reel in the bass. we got it out of the water but we couldn’t get it all the way up to the bridge. it snapped off five feet from us. we didn’t have a net. we were both disappointed, so we left the campgrounds and went to the nearest carvel ice cream store. we got ice cream and made ourselves feel better. i’m 20 years old now, and this was 9 years ago, and i remember it like yesterday. i love my dad.

Most memorable was at the age of 7. It was the winter only a few weeks after my dad had walked out on me and my brother. To cheer us up my uncle rented a cabin in Pickney Michigan on a lake to do some ice fishing. Me and my uncle where playing uno on a cooler in his shanty waiting for anything to bite when I hooked a fish. It was wayyy to big for me to reel in so my uncle took over and ended up pulling out a 34 inch pike. There’s a picture of me somewhere standing out on the ice holding that fish almost the same size as me with the biggest smile on my face. I’ll never forget that day

I was only 4 and I was using a uglystick button push. I had my grandpa’s lucky spinnerbait which we still have and I set the hook into which my dad said was a tree. It then jumped outa the water and he went waist deep to get it. It was 8.37 lbs still my pb to this day.(Largemouth)

That’s awesome, I love cheap baits cause money doesn’t flow around here when your in college ya know so finding cheap options is the best. Defiantly replace the hooks. I hope you catch a monster

My most memorable moment was a 45” pike I caught right after my Uncle died. The funny thing is, a week beforehand I actually jokingly said to my Dad I would catch a 45” in memory of him, and sure enough, it came true. Still the biggest fish of my life by a lot too haha

Wow a 45 inch pike is a giant, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that big. Sorry to hear about his passing, nice that you caught a good one in memory of him

My most memorable catch is when I went to my uncles with a mission I wanted to catch a bass on my dock demon so we had just got it the boat and was beside the wood line I casted and I got a bite first cast I tried to set the hook but I didn’t do it good. I had him on and I was reeling when it came up I knew it was my PB that bass had practically bent that rod in half so I hand lined it for the rest of the way and I got it in the boat it started flopping and the hook flung out. I’m just really exited I was able to catch the fish (5 lbs)

Don’t usually bring in too many fish of size but if it’s okay, would you tell me where you fish at? My fishing hasn’t been very productive lately.
