Happy New Year everyone, & thank you guys for all the support in 2023! 1st video of the year, we decided to hit the pier late at night. Speckled Trout were stacked up under the lights & couldn’t resist the DOA Shrimp. Hope you guys enjoyed the video, let’s crush it 2024 🙌

Did you all head out along the hwy to the Bridge ? I used to fish at the Bob Hall pier...or go to Pt Aransas? Looks like fun, I haven't gone fishing in ages....have fun :)

I was out there about noon that day and trout were schooling the last spot on the end. Every cast my bobber was under the water instantly with live shrimp. Mostly little though. About 4 keepers.

i catch trout under the light with my fly rod fairly easily, only thing about that pier is that theres always lots of people there which is why i dont go but maybe one day i will haha. my favorite pier in port A just isnt the same after harvey, lots of dink trout now used to be large ones and reds and mangroves but not anymore cause harvey messed up the grass in the area.

I always get stuck on the bottom when fishing that end of the pier. There id a cable or something down there.

How do you work a DOA around there? I've tried artificial on piers a lot, but I never seem to catch much.
