Your Three Musketeers is back! 😉
Today we went on the hunt for some Kob. We had to go through a couple of other species to finally get what we were targeting! What a awesome feeling when you stick to the plan, hunt down that specie and get it!
I think the most Sought after of most targeted specie is South Africa must be the Kob/Kabeljou!
Everyone wants to catch one, its a beautiful fish, and puts up a great fight. They are normally quite aggressive when they eat.. its not like other fish where they taste the bait.. they are predators so they go for the kill!
Its still beginning of summer, but thing will get better!

Awesome Video! Just a side note. There are no black Mambas in the Western Cape. What you saw there was a Mole snake. Black Mambas only occurs from northern Eastern cape up to Mozambique.

Hi Victor I am from KZN and I am coming down to Bettys Bay for Christmas to be with my family. They are coming out from Tanzania. My grandson loves fishing and I would like to introduce him to fishing for kob while we are down there. I would love to meet with you to get some pointers of where to fish at Bettys Bay.
