Hey fishermans life, as my son and I are watching this video I just wanted to say that you are an inspiration and a great teacher and business man! I’m from the puget sound region in WA. Grew up in the greater metropolitan area and never was into fishing. During the pandemic i started watching your videos and wanted my son to learn how to fish. My son and i have caught a bunch of sculpin type fish and rock crab from shore. hope to catch rockfish and lingcod and cabezon one day. Just wanted to write all this to thank you for providing all the great entertaining and educational content for father and son to fall asleep to during the evening! Peace and blessings! Great vid as ALWAYS! Maybe a dab of super glue on the hook shaft before sliding on the swim bait would help keep it from moving. I use this and works well for freshwater fish I chase.

Trick I learned from watching Richard Gene the Fishing Machine here on YT. Wrap some tooth floss around the shank of the hook on the jig, right behind the jig head, and put a small drop of Gel superglue, then thread on your swimbait. It'll never slide down again. Great vid as always brother!

You sure went on a limb combining pesto, coconut, bacon, and fish on sourdough. Sounds funky as all hell, but it looked beautiful and as long as it tastes good and you like it.

When you put a swimbait on a jig head. Turn it sideways right before the bait keeper then push it up. Lock it in then twist it back straight. Not sure if that makes any sense but it will keep your baits more secure 👌🏼
