For all the Americans that don’t know this is called jeon in korean. There’s different kinds of jeon, my man made the fish jeon. It’s really good, you can add anything you want, or even make it a vegan dish. The sauce is soy sauce with vinegar I’d say about 50/50, also add a good pinch of red chilly powder, and enjoy. You can use regular flour and one egg for the pancake mix. Not thick like american pancakes, but more watery.
