As someone that follows the oscar race every year, Bardo is the most magnificent flop of an awards contender I've witnessed in a while. Netflix has next to nothing else to push for this year.

Apparently, Inarittu has cut 22 minutes from Bardo in response to criticism/commentary he received in Venice.

On the topic of Blonde I have never understood why America are seemingly so scared of nudity on screen but have absolutely no problem with extremely realistic violence or torture. Perhaps that says more about the deep rooted problems of the nation as a whole but it’s still absolutely wild to me. In Australia our ratings are way more loose- for example we won’t slap an “R” rating on a film just because it has more than one use of “fuck” or if there’s an occasional sex scene. We also have a rating between your PG13 and R which here is MA15+…which I think is also handy as most films that are released aren’t over that rating so more people can see it in cinemas (people under 15 can even seen them too as long as they have a parent or guardian with them over 15. Literally nobody asked for this rant but jesus America is such a never ending puzzle to me. The rating system needs an entire overhaul over there it seems

If you guys are open to some constructive feedback I'd much prefer to see enthusiasm rather than irritation and indifference. When either one of you shows the former, as a viewer I'm drawn to you, whereas the "I'm so bored, let's just get through this shit" attitude has the opposite effect. Obviously this is just the opinion of one individual however I don't think your channel is getting the attention it deserves and I'm hoping a positivity boost may change that.

I was interested in Bones & All from what you were saying about it until you mentioned that Timothee guy 🙄 can’t stand him.

Don't really like the cartoon covering Joseph's face. Watching his facial expressions as Nick talks is what makes the channel unique. I don't understand this decision.
