Plan on buying the x27, I believe I have the x15 now and love it but need something for bigger logs. I imagine I'll have to put a little more umph into my swings to make up for what I assume is about an eight inch difference in height 😅

Why don’t you consider putting one log onto another, to protect the blade from the stones of the ground? An elastic rope around the log would help the pieces to keep together, instead of travelling around.
