Video is old I heard many complains that this Fitbit has issues with Android 13 and it's basically garbage, that's why I don't want to get it.

Same here, and so many things already have gone wrong. Will really have to think about if I go with another Fitbit, once I am in the market for a new one. Tech help useless, and it is some problem to try and post something in the community to look for help. Timer app is installed on app, but cannot get to timer on the actual device, only alarms...Then there is the disconnecting, reconnecting constantly, for exercise, not showing on the My Fitness Pal app. I would never pay for Premium, after this six months.

I needed this video. I am a visual learner and you didn't speak so fast or scroll so fast I couldnt follow. New to the game, first smart watch now post covid with low 02 and fast pulse. Good for keeping track of POTS. Wish it had the BP instead of EKG? BP is more user friendly. Bought the aria scale. WAY more accurate then Smarter image! New subscriber. 💜 Please wear a mask still. 2 years post very mild covid, I need this for health reasons. We are still in a pandemic.

Had mine for 14 months and swam frequently. It stopped responding recently and Fitbit tried to back out of warranty. I had to refer the Australian Consumer Law to get a positive response. They're now replacing it.

I spent several hours looking for the guided breathing app on the Fitbit 5 as on the Fitbit 4! I was so disappointed that it wasn’t included with this one. That app helped me to calm my self often, very relaxing to use!

question, i have a droid, i get the notice of a notification and the screen that says 2 new messages but i cant read them. What am i doing wrong, i've called fitbit and they can't figure it out. HELP!

Excellent, much the most detailed review and set up video I've seen. Having upgraded from the Charge 2 I'd got a bit stuck setting up my Charge 5, but all sorted now. Except that I am in the UK and My watch insists on giving me the US calendar set up of Month/date, ggrhh.

I’m actually getting the Charge 5 and the aria air and selling my Apple Watch. I just like the Fitbit app a lot and love how everything is al right there and easy to see. I even want to track my food too. I don’t use most of the features with the Apple Watch anyway plus I’m the type that when something new comes out I want the updated version and i could see myself upgrading Fitbit each year but Apple Watch too pricey for that

Fitbit definitely offers a lot of health tracking features at a cheaper price compared to the Apple Watch. I enjoy using the Fitbit app, the Fitbit dashboard is really helpful in showing me all my health stats, sleep score, and more. The only thing I'm not a big fan of with Fitbit is the Fitbit Premium subscription. When you are spending so much on a smart tracker / watch I feel they should be including those features with the product, not for an additional fee.

i need a clip to wear in my pocket without wrist bands. don't want to buy until i can locate a clip to get for it. is this a thing that exists? wish it didn't lose the altimeter! lame. do you know how i can get a clip for it? thanks.

I am on the fence between Sense & Charge 5, love the larger face but pricing is an issue...your video is helping me decide to go with Charge 5...found it for 169 today so perhaps I'll take the dive into Charge 5...thanks

The Sense has been out for a year now and the Charge 5 has just been released. You get so many of the features of the Sense watch on the Charge 5 at a cheaper price point, so for the price difference I think you're getting a tracker that you'll find very useful.

I’ve just bought a charge 5 and got my son to try and set it up for me . Trouble i s he had to go home whilst it was updating. It says takes 40mins but mine was on for 26 hrs and still not up dated . What should I do ?

I returned mine to best buy after trying to synch for 4 hrs, same issue as you, and I'm a techie! New one synched immediately the second I placed the fully charged Fitbit next to my phone - app already installed. I could have waited an hour in line for geek squad to help, and I hated to call it broken and end up in landfill but they wouldn't make any accommodations except stand in line. Sad if it wasn't really broken. Bad on Best Buy. Sad for disabled people and pitiful for geek squads desire to help the disabled with even a chair. (After eating my way up to the manager from the door guy who could care less, the manager did help me with just getting a chair but now I was 5th in line and it was going to be an hour+ wait. I'm not a Karen, I just needed a chair. They don't have electric carts. Yeah, sadly easier to return and call it dead. The replacement was not in stock. They overnighted it. Got it fine. Works great. Glad I returned it. In the end, it was a lemon. 🍋

4 months later I have noticed that Fitbit apps are still only available on charge 4. The app description even will say it's available for charge 5 but when you try to download it the main screen it says unavailable. Is everyone's charge 5 like this?

So I figured it out. It actually has a spinning exercise mode you just need to change it on the app then resync the app to the Fitbit

Do the research people, this a BAD WATCH. Mine had screen freeze and consistently lost connection. Speaking in past tense, went back to Charge 4 which is at least reliable. Look and you will find others with the same complaints.

170 bucks for a watch that says I burn a average of 4K calories and 21,000 steps a day..... it’s INCREDIBLY inaccurate. Waste of money. Also the BPM was way off saying I had a resting heart rate of 70 my resting is always 58-62. This watch sucks

I'm pretty sure you can adjust your settings so it can more accurately track your activity if you haven't set your weight and height then it may be set to a more larger or shorter person so it will not give you an accurate reading

I disagree it seems like it would help people with anxiety and PTSD I'm a veteran and give me 3 minutes to take myself out of situations would probably help, here's hoping🤞

@@ToTheWolves I wouldn't say the battery is garbage. Definitely not lasting as long as it's supposed to though. I'm on day 2 and its at 45%. Everything set to default except I turned GPS to phone. I agree I feel the EDA is useless and I've just gone ahead and removed it.
