Hello, could you please help me out with something? I’ve been looking all over the internet in hoping to solve it but nope. Right soo, about the notifications, I receive them however, I’m not able to reply. Like I’ve seen many videos where you just tap on the notifications and it should come up with “reply” and other features. Have you got any ideas on why this is happening and what I should do to fix it? (on an iphone) Thank you so much!

I ask Alexa something and the typewritten response comes on the watch. Am I supposed to be able to audibly hear the response? Is there a speaker on the watch?

I’m having the same issues with the Amazon Alexa tile not even showing up on the Fitbit Versa app or the Versa 2 watch. I don’t even see the voice assistance tile either. Did you ever find out what to do to resolve this? It seems like the guy making this video isn’t replying to anyone who asked for advice or help. So if you have any advice, or something solves your issue, I would love to hear about it. 🙂

I just purchased a Versa 2. I can't get my versa 2 to work with Alexa no matter what I do. I'm ready to return it and go back to my Galaxy watch. Can you help?

I have a question?? What if you just got your Fitbit Versa 2 and after setting up Fitbit account on app, and enabling Alexa skills and linking, my Fitbit app doesn’t show the Alexa tile, or even the voice assistance tile? Mine only show gallery, media, how to use, and accessories under my Versa 2 on app. And I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app and Alexa app, I updated it to the latest version this morning when update was available, I’ve restarted my phone, and restarted the Versa 2 is there anything you can recommend? Have you heard of anyone else having these issues after doing all these troubleshooting tips? I ordered the Versa 2 on eBay and it was shipped outside the US but I live in Vegas and the features should be available either way right? I’m hoping you have seen this before, and may have an answer. Thanks so much 🙂

I live in Spain so my Amazon account is Spanish. At the moment I give Alexa commands in English on my Versa 2 but she replies in Spanish. How do I set up Alexa to reply in English? Interestingly enough, the first time I set up Alexa it did reply in English but that soon changed to Spanish. Thanks

Same here. And sadly no one one seems to have an answer! I just got my Versa 2 yesterday and after setting up my Fitbit account and linking the Versa 2, I went to Alexa app and enabled the Fitbit skills and linked it. Still there’s no Alexa tile on Fitbit app or Versa 2 watch. There’s not even the voice assistance tile. All mine shows when I click on my profile pic, then Versa 2 it shows gallery, media, wallet set up, and accessories. No Alexa app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app and Alexa, I updated the latest software update this morning on the Fitbit app, I have restarted my phone, and manually synced my Versa 2 on app, and still no luck. I’m hoping someone having these issues will have found a solution, and I would love to hear back if you solved this issue. The guy in the video doesn’t seem to be responding to anyone’s questions. Hopefully we can all help each other. If I figure this out I will definitely leave a comment to help others. Good luck and I hope you got this issue resolved.

I have tried million different ways turning on and off applications, watching hours of different tutorials but nothing seems to be working. For some reason when I click on install Amazon Alexa I will see the Amazon page for about a second and then I get a window pop up asking me if I want to skip or cancelled the set up ?! I also cannot receive notifications except for calls. Would you be able to help me figure this out, please?

You can try going back to account, scrolling down to advanced settings and under select location make sure it says your current location(side note make sure your location is supported you can check that on Fitbit's webiste). Then log out of the app and then log back in again, and try it again Also confirm that you have updated the Fitbit app to the latest version. Then you can also try to turn off the auto location setting on your devices and try once more

nope Unfortunately the Fitbit Versa does not have "Find my Phone" app.

my versa 2 shows that alexa listening, but it does not take the instruction. it just keeps saying it is listening. I have tried to disconnect my versa from my phone and reset but it did not help
