For the item frame thing, i know you most likely wont see this, but if you have silk touch, you can get iron ore and cover the item frames, making it hard to see. No exploiter would want iron ore

I second Fit's idea. In my 1.14.4 survival world (Yes, it's that old), I lit up and abandoned mineshaft and saw some coal under one of the structural supports. Since I alreay had a ton of coal, I didn't bother taking it. I recently started a railway going all the way to the north side of my map, and I had to use most of my coal to make stone out of cobblestone so I could make stone bricks. I finally mined the aforementioned coal, and under it was 4 diamonds. 4 diamonds hiding just 1 block away from where I would've seen them for about 4 years. It's insane.

Thanks for the video! I play on Cpe (i would play 2b2t but i dont have the time to wait for que) me and my clan recently lost our base and i have been trying to figure out a way to hide in plain sight near spawn, but still be safe. I believe the advice in this video should be good! (Tho another good bit of advice i have is to hide in plain sight, cpe isn’t as destroyed or active as 2b2t, but it is still pretty similar. Basically my base was only about 4800 blocks out, and only 310 blocks off the highway! But the only portals that led near there was the highway portal, and it was turned into some sorta obsidian labyrinth (and covered in lava and lavacasts) so basically nobody ever explored around the portal. The base was ungriefed for about a month (maybe longer, it used to belong to another clan, but i kinda took it over after that clan moved on). I think the only reason it got griefed now was because we basically made the coords public (we let any noobs come there, we outfitted them with gear, and we offered to let them join the clan. Ik that is SUPER weird but that is just what my clan does xD)

After watching a few of your videos about 2b2t I decided to have a look. After a couple of aborts I actually managed to get out of spawn. I just kept going, then when hunger and health were getting bad I stopped, planted a little wheat nd waited.. managed to get a couple of stone tools, and killed some spiders and skeletons. Was happy. Then wit5rhout warning I got 'You died'.. no messages saying what had killed me.. (wasn't hunger or health, by then had got enough wheat to make bread and get the hearts full. When I tried to log back in, all I got was a blank screen. After a few tries I did manage to join a queue, but after going down the queue a bit, got the blank screen again. I'd love to know what had killed me instantly, and would love to try again, but it seems both of these fit into the 'never to be so' category. Guess it's so anarchy it attacks you even before you manage to connect.

I have a base about 250k out that's directly connected to an axis via a tunnel. This tunnel is a complete mess that I can easily navigate but will easily confuse anyone, and the nether portal leading to my base actually takes you 100 blocks away in front of a decoy base. It's been there since 2019 and has had only one recorded visitor, that being in April of 2020. That visitor built a Jesus statue only a few hundred blocks away from my base and it has been griefed since at least a year ago.

When you're European and your normal time is off-hours.

Using despenser or dropper will kinda help I think. This knowledge is really really old. I usually use this when we play hide and seek. I don't like trusting my friends in playing Minecraft.

You could probably use Block 36 to create false walls inside of an existing cave to help keep your bed and other stuff safe. With all of the doors and corners, people will never come across the false wall until it's already in render distance, that way they won't realize (as quickly) that it's fake.

When you play 2b2t from bedrock edition, your combat mysteriously doesn't change which still allows you to deal a lot of damage by spam-clicking, even though the server is cross-play.
