I have a 2015 GTR. Worked my butt off for the last 13 years to acquire one comfortably. I've built businesses and multiple streams of income to be able to afford the damn thing. I love it so much and I will be buried in my car.

@@user-wr5od7my4l GTR all the way. We're the last generation that can enjoy an authentic GTR experience. in 15-20 years Electric will become the norm. If you're between 20-40, you're gonna end up driving a tesla eventually anyway, so enjoy the GTR whilst you can.

I own a 1200hp gtr for 3 years its really expensive to mod but the only issue when the car was pushing 800whp i broke the first gear and i decided to get a full dodson 1-6gears (10k$)since then i never had any real issues the car drive nice and its really fast , if you dont mind a clunky trans (you get used to it fast) then you will love this car for its performance

You should have just sent the car or the trans down to ship trans in Massillon Ohio and for about 15 grand you could have a stage 3 race transmission like I put in mine good up to about 1500 horsepower you could never hurt that transmission in your life I hope whoever did your tranny knew what they were doing.. Because there's a lot more to it than just doing the gears..

2:37 The previous GTRs were not v6. They were actually RB inline 6. The current engine is more like the Z's.

It’s literally the perfect car in my opinion, it’s reliable, looks sexy, fast, a lot of aftermarket support, 4 seats, AWD, not overpriced. The only reason I think anybody would get something different is personal preference.

This is a car that made Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari so jealous and sh*t on their pants with a half of their's price tag, a car that a huge reason for nowadays cars technology and performance, a supercar (according to Nissan) that sold over 40,000 units worldwide and still on sale (which is crazy for a supercar), a car that set Guinness world records in both straight line acceleration and drifting, a car that conquered the Nürburgring, a car that dominant the Super GT, FIA GT1, FIA GT3 and etc, and there's lot more things to mention. So I think it's deserve the "Godzilla" name for sure.

Happy hunting for one. You will know when you find "the one". I searched for about a year before I found mine. You can do it if you set your mind to it and find a way. For me the hardest part was finding one.

As for track time, I believe both Nissan and Porsche. The car was known to be slower on Bridgestones than Dunlops (even though you had to pay extra to get the Bridgestones) and you could put 2 brand new GT-Rs next to each other and there could well be a 100hp difference between them. The engines were handbuilt, so that's what you get.

I've owned 2. 04 and 07. Great first cars to learn to work on and they have their charm but they're nothing too special. You only like them if you own them lol. both engine platforms 2.0 and 2.7 are severely underpowered paired with either gear box and since owning a mk6 golf the cars feel like they're clunky and somehow too damn flexible like tin
