Fitness workout with Squir/Effective use of small space for fitness exercises

I have come up with an interesting video, in this video you can observe that how the small space can be used in effective manner and how we would give exercise to our body.
For this exercise we will need a square shape.
Draw (35cm×35cm) square shape on the floor with skatchpen. our home made Fitness Gym ready.
Please do proper warning up exercises before starting any type of workout and also it is very important to do colling down (sratching) exercises after workout.
