You guys should do footwork drills and exercises to make you faster to complete your athletic workouts. I think this is the only thing that could honestly make your content better. I love the vids they’ve helped me a lot keep it up

Depends on how far they are stretched. The force they exert is proportional to the stretched length thar can be expressed as the spring constant in lbs per inch (or whatever units you like) it's known as Hooke's law.
