Such an amazing video. I'm 16 and I recently bought a resistance band as my dad won't let me go to the gym until I turn 18 and I knew resistance band is somehing I could use to train almost all muscle groups easily. This video showed exactly that. Thank you so much.

Hi thanks a lot for uploading week by week videos. I have a doubt. Can i do this workout on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and do cardio (rope skipping) on Tuesday and Thursday. I would take rest over the weekend.

Hi, I am a beginer to resistance band training, I have started this series. While doing shoulder press I noticed that instead of shoulders I get much more pain and fatigue in the neck and upper back near neck. Is this normal or am I doing it wrong.

Its not normal.. keep your neck neutral and back straight and your arms slightly in the front not parallel to your shoulders and then try.

Yes, you can but you may not be able to increase resistance much. Its always better to train with multiple bands for more intense workout.

Yes, absolutely. Keep yourself consistent in weight training, eat high protein & healthy meals and take 7-8 hours sleep regularly then you can certainly do it. 👍

I planned to follow your 12 week excesize and for that I ordered registance band from amazone and took my picture from front and side and started.. after warming up as I started chest press, in third set hooks came out from one resistance band.. then I replaced with another and started shoulder press and in just second set again hooks came out.. I ordered for exchange becoz Return not alligible.. Please suggest me the good quality registance band or by which you are performing..

Yes, 8 workouts 3 sets each (total 24 sets) on Mon and Wed and 4 sets on Friday (32 Sets)

You can use high resistance bands if you feel comfortable with the light one or you can stack them together to increase the resistance

Great video! Thanks. But, I have been requesting for sometimes for a fat reduction (Not weight reduction) workout plan for those who has suffered from heavy injury in Knee-legament and can not move at least one leg. Is there any sitting workout plan for fat reduction in that situation?

Hi sir I got a set of 5 resistance bands from FKart. They were cheap but alright kind of quality. The only problem is that the level of resistance is not written anywhere. Is there a universal measurement by colours from least resistant to most resistant?

If you buy good quality bands then they last 3-4 years but you need to keep checking the condition before every use to make sure there us no wear and tear or cuts. Yes you can do it progressive overload until they last

1. Yes, you can 2. Perform this entire series week wise (check the playlist) 3. 4 levels for each stage (Beginner-4, Int- 4, Adv -4) 4. Those are for specific muscle groups if you want to train them according to your workout schedule. Otherwise, you can follow this series to follow a workout routine. 5. If you are a beginner you need more time to recover and you will see results only when you give time to your muscles to recover.

Yes, that’s right. You can continue the same workouts for a few weeks then switch. Its totally fine
