Have to weigh in on the cookie challenge in defense of Fraser - I'd argue that Justin didn't use ONLY gravity and face muscles. He did a dip and drive with the ol' legs to get that cookie up in the air. :)

Love it! When I used to have gyms (gone bc Covid shutdowns), we used to do ‘Burpees Vs. Human Trafficking’ every year. The clients would donate and for every $1 they donated, my team and I had to do 1 burpee. Each year I did..a whole lot of burpees. Yeah my gyms are gone, but hey if you ever do another fundraiser to help those who have been the victims of human trafficking, oh I’m in 👍
