Why wouldn't you do that first before the roof, or at least use a flitch beam. What would you call the insulation method in your roof, is it a cold roof, hybrid or warm roof..queries

Hello Tony!! So the steel was ordered but slow delivery, so instead of ‘stopping’ the build I just carried on 👍🤣 And roof is hybrid which works great in these low occupancy builds. In ideal world a warm roof would be my preference but can’t under permitted development 🤷‍♂️

Thats brilliant mate, thanks for the info. Price seems very reasonable so will be ordering this weekend. Might be getting a bit ahead of myself as I've only got as far as cementing all the threaded bars. Orbital fasteners for the all the ground pins as you recommend were also fantastic! Thanks for putting out all these great videos.
