Metallica - "Nothing else matters" on a meantone organ from the XVII. century
This organ is from the evangelical (Lutheran) church in Rupea, was restored in 2012 and is temporarily placed in the Black Church.

@@kishascapespit on them as much as you want, they are pillars of nowadays metal, like ozzy or judas priest. They drifted and went popular, that's clear. But do not denie that ride the lightning and master gave us what we have now.

Absolutely incredible - what an arrangement and a transformation of a classic Metallica song. The sound of the church organ really resonates through those big chords. Hope Hetfield sees this! I'm sure he'd be seriously impressed.

I live in an alternate relity where there was an ocasion every year everyone you knew from the local village walked into a service at dusk as this played and afterward partied in stonehenge until sunrise.

A aparut in ultimul an genul de muzica bardcore ce presupune fix asta. Cauta pe youtube, sunt super multe cover-uri fantastice, unele mergand pana la a traduce versurile in franceza veche, engleza veche sau latina!

The Masters of old- Bach, Handel, Buxtehude, would be pleased. Truly a wonderful arrangement. Never underestimate the power of the organ.

It's the first time when I feel that this song is more than a love song. "So close, no matter how far", "Forever trusting who we are", "And nothig else matters..." Faithfull love is the essence of Chistianity and I am so glad that Steffen reminded all of us that. Music trully is one way to ascend to Heaven.

True! When this organ was built in 1699 Bach would have been 14 years old. They've done an amazing job preserving an instrument of that age.
