This song is essentially the suicide note left by someone in a volatile and abusive relationship. There are several images in the end of the video that show this. The dust from the urn is presumably her ashes after her cremation. The song is sung from the perspective of the reader of the suicide letter. This was a single released from their first album “The Way Of The Fist”. That initial album is a great introduction to the raw nature of their sound. I believe the more you look into their catalog of music you’ll find they touch on some very important topics over the last 15yrs. They are very notable for their unwavering support for the all the first responders and especially the veterans of Americas armed forces. This has been unchanging through the multiple band member changes. The lead singer Ivan Moody and the lead guitarist Zoltan Bathory are the only two founding members remaining. I would highly encourage a visit to the music and music video catalog. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

You can hear it in his voice like you said the rage, but also that the song and lyrics have a deep meaning to him.

I personally believe this is FFDPs best song, and it's from what I also believe to be an Iconic Metal Album. A lot of metal "elitests" hate Five Fimger Death Punch, but, I've talked to haters tlwho even said The Way of the Fist Album is too good to hate. The intensity to the songwriting and sound in general of the music, I honestly believe their first Album to be one of the Greatest Metal Albums of All time. Top 5 at least IMO (before y'all start hating on me, music is all subjective, like I hate the beetles, but can respect their legacy to the music industry without having to like them.)

Another great song by them is "Wrong Side Of Heaven". The video is definitely emotionally deep, and the message at the end of the video should be shared.
