Here I am totally agreeing with all the things... but I've some friends that at this age are having white hairs... Just see how serious it is... They are toppers but they have a vast majority of signs of stress, I'm also not toppers but let's say in the list of the best student of my class... I take study as passion, but for study I never and ever disturb my mind, I'm studying psichology... My teacher said that if you aren't in the mood of studying don't force your mind, if you are your mind is healthy then your body will be healthy.... Don't stay nights awake for studying... Yeah finish your stuff but remember to get 7-8 hours of sleep, if not your not gonna feel the mood to study during the day. It's not important to wake up at 5 or 6 to study it's important to give time to your body for resting. Then even if you gonna wake up at 10 o clock you'll just see that your mind and body, both are relaxed and you will study peacefully... I'm saying it with personal experience, this week I had to satudy for different subjects, one of them was law, the pages to study were 32...and the time that I occupied were 3 days, I divides and organized my work so that the third I'll just have to study and notes where already made... The key is to organize and study time by time, if you study a new thing at school when you come back home just take 20-30 minust to just take a look to it so that the day before any exam you won't be there with a blank mind. The motiv for this comment was just to tell you all guys that the key isn't waking up early but to organize your stuff, the key to success it's studying all night but to rest and dived your work to that at night you will have at least 7 hours to sleep. People say that the stress on today's student is too much, they're right of you will concentrate only on one thing and panic and don't have any method of studying... GUYS ORGANIZE YOUR STUDY ❤️. If after this anyone won't to ask a specific methods according to me then ask I will surely reply 😊😊 now let me just copy this comment and send it to my topper friend with white hair that never liatens to me when I say her to relax some time🙄
