For Friday’s Five Minute Histories video, we explore the creation of the Waverly Town Hall, and the historic neighborhood it has served over the years. Thanks for watching and we will see you next week!
This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." Twice a week, we’ll record a short video about a different historic place in Baltimore and post it on our Facebook page and website.

Here it is February 2022, and even though the restoration isn't complete yet, the building already looks beautiful. So wonderful to see this once-derelict structure coming back to life.

Thanks for this presentation. I often look at the sign on 33rd St across from the library and wondered why this area was declared historic. I also couldn’t locate the town hall building , but now I know!!
