Ive had plenty of experiences with this years ago because i would get them non stop, those sounds are most likely in your mind just like you think you are moving even a little, the one thing you could do is control your breathing while in sleep paralysis, and what i would do is i told my mother to wake me up if she heard very fast paced breathing while i sleeping

5:27 Every time I hear this ambiance, I get the chills so badly bro. It really sets the tone that you’re alone in a pizzeria at night, and you see the animatronics moving on the cameras and you’re just terrified. This is probably (In my opinion) the scariest ambiance I’ve ever heard in my life. Props to Scott for making one of the most terrifying video games to ever exist. Fnaf 1 will always be the scariest fnaf game in the entire franchise.

One time, I had a nightmare where I was on a rusted fishing boat all alone at sea. With a terrible storm I was inside the storage compartment inside the boat. With nothing but a dim light inside the dirty room with pitch black darkness in front of me outside the room. And I was being accompanied by this ambience. I was crying when I woke up, and this was recently. 😔

Yeah, both him and Toby Fox would just record them doing random things to get noises. Like Scott doing the dishes stuff, and Toby recording the sound of his washing machine for elevators, or if I’m wrong then just the elevator to the True Lab.

The night four message never fails to give me goosebumps. That final "Oh no" is truly terrifying because the phone guy was your last sense of security and comfort, the only person that could explain what was happening, gone, leaving you to complete the rest of the game yourself.

I didn't know this since the first game in the fnaf franchise but every sound is from SoundDogs (Idk if its called that) and the jumpscare sound is from a movie called Inseminoid from 1981 where a woman gives birth to an alien baby and she was the one who did that iconic scream, FNAF 2's hallway ambience is from that sound library as well
