Maybe the point of the place being so big was to make you feel alone yet you know there could always be something creeping behind a corner. The music sounds so empty yet somehow scary too like you know its not just some happy melody.

Storywise it's ok-ish Has a lot of plotholes though Also atmosphere-wise it's a bit too bright even in the "scary" parts, crown still goes to fnaf 3 and 4 for the most terrifying atmospheres

This music box kind of reminds me of Help Wanted due to the fact that the song Creepy Freddy in that game was a music box adaptation of the main theme. In this game, this track too is a music box adaptation of the main theme. I thought that was a cool little ode to Help Wanted.

Every Fnaf game does this though, the lore has always been a "write as you go" mess with the only exceptions being two and three. No one, not even Scott, expected the series to last beyond one game. It only thrived because, and let's be honest here, the lore is the series' biggest draw. If they wrap it up all nice and neat then no one is going to come back to these games. The bugs are bad but with how games are being rushed out now with patches being added at later dates it's not a unique case. There's nothing this game did wrong that many popular titles nowadays aren't guilty of. Blame industry trends if anything.
