The issue with that is that the FNAF games are a test of endurance, seeing if you can last a certain amount of time without the animatronics getting to you first.

Fnaf games cannot be speedrunned. They are the equivalent of an autoscroller platforming game.

Nah he just staring into their eyes to assert dominance In all seriousness though, the reason why is because he closes his eyes and leans back in a mix of fear and anger. This stops the eye tracker from reading where he's looking, and so it stays in the same place until it fades away. Then, when mark looks back at the screen, the eye tracker resumes from where it left off. That's my theory at least.

To me, it was really interesting to learn how much thought and attention to detail there is behind how Mark edits and presents his videos.
