So in this video I'm going to show you 5 reasons why the revamped Faramis has become an unstoppable force, according to the developers
First is his new ability to control the pull effect on his 1st skill
On the old Faramis, you have to wait 3 seconds before you can pull the enemy
And this makes it easy for the enemy to go out of range once they see the chains

Not only the pull of his first skill is surprisingly great, it also allows him to travel to walls, making it easy for Faramis to engage and retreat in easy pacing

Retreat isnt that easy... If the enemy just goes to him before he walks through walls the enemy might be pulled to him

@@LouVanpir9032 just don't tap the first skill again so enemies won't be pulled. He can outrun them with movement speed buff before being auto-pulled, not to mention the defense buff when first skill is activated.

Well from what I have tested, Faramis now has a smoother gameplay and a few extra utilities to make use of in exchange for a ton of nerf for his burst capability and removal of select few abilities that old Faramis was able to make use which not many players may not be aware of. Whether which Faramis is better or not... it may depend on the player's preference I guess...apart from the ups and downs. Well for me one thing's for sure, *I will definitely miss making use Fleeting Time combo in the old Faramis which allowed to activate ultimate and revive more than once in a single go.* Thanks to the capabilities of the old ultimate, it was highly game changing and may as well be the most strongest Fleeting time combo in the whole game.

Faramis old is better than this, i can play likes necromancer. but now meeehh, with stupid ULTI named ANTI-DEAD BUT YOU CAN DEAD. The old ulti save me from stupid random teammates i miss it :(.

It does pose a great question, "Will Faramis force Angela out of the high pick rate supports?" Also, the ultimate works too similarly with Estes, but instead of healing, heroes gain shield which is also closely similar with Diggie's ultimate without the CC immunity and anti-debuff. Now that I think about it, Floryn's Ultimate also has the same function, except weaker than Estes' heal. I think MLBB need to diversify their support heroes.

Yes they can just add like a support who manipulates teammates or enemy respawn timer, or like a better minsitthar who gives slight economic advantage or maybe someone who gives temporary buffs to teammates when visiting their lanes

Ye they can even add like a support who interupts the position of the enemy. Idk they keep adding healer and shielder probably for more roamers to use favor but meh idk whats in montoons mind because remember thosr days where they add more damage on supports even though they should be given more supporting capabilities

Angela won't be replaced by Faramis. They may have similar sustain mechanics but being able to jump from one place to another in a nick of time still saves a lot of lives till this day.

How about a support that can be give you insane buffs with the drawback of having no damaging skills? Like extra HP or defenses, increase damage , more attack speed etc. And maybe the basic attacks can heal allies and damage enemies?

No worries for Lapu-lapu because his durability (from his ultimate) is alroeady OP even enemies need 5-man meta heroes (including Faramis in this new meta) to counter him. XD

Faramis will no doubt be a scary initiator now… and with new talent system Temporal reign… Skill1, chase the whole enemy team, skill2, use ult, then if you have enough cdr, you can do a double skill2… And there’s a lot of time for the team to jump in and get his ult’s effect

He seems more of a really promising hero to use, and I think he'd be somewhat of a priority pick in official tournaments (like Esmeralda, Yve and Beatrix)👀 very useful for clashes and like what Elgin said, it would be tricky for the enemy to know which one to target (unless they've got good eyes lol).

I main Faramis alot and I don't have complains when it come to his original kits. Yeah his 1st skill chains is easy to escape but only skilled players know when to use it properly. And his ult also required a certain level of skill: positioning of the ult the best way for your team as well as timing it while trying not to get caught off guard while enabling it sounds a lot easier than actually doing it. My take on the revamped version, although I don' t like it as much as he is easier to use and the skill ceiling to master the character has decrease, it's a good adjustment to diversify each game so we don't stuck with the same heroes every game. He's easier to use, and better mobility with the walk through wall in shadow state. What I'm most happy about with this revamped faramis is he is now looking more like a support than a mage (original version).

I'm pretty sure he will now be used in professional tournaments like mpl s10 and m4. Pretty sure Blacklist International will pull this hero because of their strategy.

I actually think his chains before are cool but the enemy can easily break it off, that is why I don't use him that much. However, because of this revamp I think he's going to be in one of my support main list.

@@GengUpinIpin still, the amount of roamer harrass supports today are many. He might be banned but I don't think he will be a priority ban in most matches. It might still depend on team comps I guess since I can see a lot of counters but his support capabilities are really good nonetheless. Enough to make him a meta pick in most situations.

I do miss Faramis's old burst tho, it was one of my favorite burst skill because 1: It was unique from other skills, literally the only person to revive allies 2: The potential of turning the tides against enemies 3: Literally it was unstoppable if your team is quite strong and you know what your doing, thus making effective use of his burst If I were given a chance, I would suggest giving a bonus add to his new passive such as 1: lower chances to respawn allies when using his burst (it should makes sense tho if faramis is determined to protect necrokeep just like in the lore) 2: It would range and consume from 15 to 20 souls to revive one if dead (considering that we can now get souls just from hitting enemieswith his new passive). The devs could increase the soul consumption however to compensate for this old ability from his ult to return This is just a suggestion btw from a faramis lover :))

Old ult was what got me interested in the hero. However his old ult feels like a useless ult to me. Your entire team gets sweeped in your ult they come back for 10 seconds and then they die again. Then you are alone roaming the battlefields without the capability of completing any objective. So the new ult is better imo.

I used to play faramis a lot. Now im confused. I kinda feel it got weaker. He got more slowly. S1 is a great improvement but he is too slow. S2 has a lot more dmg way back. And s3, i still prefer the old one. And the stack is now harder. I can easily have 18 stacks but now its tougher.

I'm a big faramis main (1800+ matches) and even use him a lot in my ranks games (mythic) and I feel like this is a nerf on his part, old revive ult combined with his fast res passive allowed me to solo contest lord without facing major drawbacks especially in late game or force team fights under towers while tanking hits. When lord is up taking out a squishy mm or jungle changes if we win or lose. While in the circle im respawning 2-3 times to delay lord or force a reset. Even if I died I'm back in three seconds while there carry is down for 40-60 secs. The change on how his passive soul drops work is... hard to say if its good or bad. Old soul drop is nice because it allows you to heal while poking out the enemy or in my cases saving myself while in a fight from picking up 3-4 souls. now the first skill change is HUGE, I've made do with the 3 secs and found ways around it but this new change will help out a lot with consistency.

As a fellow Faramis user, I really agree on this. The only good thing about the revamp is the 1st skill and as for the rest, it's dependant on the situation. I use Faramis to solo play in rank and it really is helpful since he does great in war (especially against multiple heroes) and I don't need to worry about late game. Easy stack from minions and CD red. items will really help. His new ult will most likely be nerfed after few updates. In the end, it'll be just a meaningless revamp.

The original ult is much better. I can 1v5 while the enemies are taking lord. Even if you could kill 1, still an advantage since you will res immediately if full stack. This revamp just make Faramis a garbage.

*_From what i know, the 1st skill 2nd phase displacement pull effect can't disrupt enemy heroes' skill casts or basic attacks while sliding so maybe i think, Faramis is going to be balance & not going to be ban much in rank games in the next update_* .

Quick question will "imprisoner" skin be available on the new revamped vexxana cause its "free"(well cost 250 premium fragments but ya know those are easiest to get so... free) and will it look different or the same? Also these are the buff i hope they will give to leomord 1st skill (↑):if charged completely it will give a shield (250% total phy atk) and give temporary 15% attack speed 2nd skill (↑):if successfully hitting a target the target will be stunned for 0.5s and extra 35 movement speed ULT (↑):when barbiel come it contact with leomord his speed is doubled (2X) (cause barbiel has...4 legs that is twice as much as leo...)extra 75 phy and magic def and extra 35% attack speed and has a strong left or right attack a high dmg and piercing center attack and the usual aoe surounding attack when behind ALT 1st skill (↑):deal 350 phy dmg (250% phy atk) every 1 unit is traveled it decreases the cd by 0.1% ALT 2nd skill (↑):after dashing/ blinking leomord will gain 25 speed and 15 attack speed

this is nice, but as popularity it depends, this is pretty good in team fights but skirmishes isnt much especially when your team is out of range, i would say around mid to late game he is strong but early game or skirmishes he loses some poetential

Much like what Moonton had done in the past to old crawling Belerick. Belerick used to reduce damage taken to protect his nearby allies against the damage from enemy heroes. Now, Belerick have an AoE taunting ultimate but his auto-counter attack passive triggers only by chance, and i totally hate it, because i love the original & first ever old ultimate of reducing damage from enemies.
