640i coupe owner here, the front fender of the M6 is wider than the non M variants. Rear fenders are the same.

the front fenders are wider but they fit on any 6 series if you add the m6 bumper as well

Thanks for sharing. I purchased a 2016 in April. I'm a former Dodge Challenger (with the Shaker hood) girl, so it's taking some getting used to but I'm up for the challenge. LOL

I have a 550bhp 2017 m640i gc and I love it. My first bmw so I’m a little scared but I hope maintenance doesn’t kill me. 😂

@@dannyaguilar4870 I love it I’ve put on a few thousand miles and it’s been an absolute blast the only issues I’ve had are with oil it’s a n55 so I know it isn’t alien to have leaks just don’t know how to fix it

Quick question is there two different type of engine models inline 6 or v8 for the 640i gran coupe and which is better for reliability.

the 640s will have the 6 while anything higher will have an 8, I believe. As someone who's owned a BMW for a while and consider myself to be a huge enthusiast of the brand, stick with the in line 6 cylinders. That is where BMW has always excelled. the last 3-4 generations of their 6 cylinders have been real solid. the same cannot be said for the same generation V8s...while they provide incredible performance, most seem to be ticking time bombs
