I was with a women for 7 years… she started rejecting me. It’s not easy, but honestly looking back it’s the same behaviours all women present in these situations. I got emotional and it only made matters worse… if I could go back I would have handled it a lot differently, when it’s over. It’s over 🤙

I've been there, too, but consider these: 1. If she said yes when she doesn't really love you, would you like that? Would rejecting you better than that? 2. Do you think it's easy for her to reject you? I know that it isn't easy for her because she doesn't want to reject you out of vile. 3. Since she didn't reject you out of spite(and it wasn't an easy decision for her), why would you resent her for her decision? Those are the things that I realize after I get rejected. Sure, it's emotionally painful even after some time, but don't add unnecessary altercation, so to speak, just because of your hurt.

Just walk away and say nothing. The likelihood is that she won't communicate anyway, so do the same. Best for both sides. Take pride in walking away and not wasting anymore of your precious energy. Remember, you've already saved money, your ears from nagging, your labour, friends etc etc. Being rejected is a blessing. Given time, you'll see it yourself.

Block & delete her on everything, keep lifting, keep stacking cash & wins & immediately move on. Discontinue drinking IMMEDIATELY (cos drunkenness leaves you vulnerable to send her some stupid simp msg). Stay busy with friends, hobbies, work & as soon as you start talking to other girls you won’t even care about her anymore.
