Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Bang bang sauce: 1/2 c mayonaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp srircha
STEPS:
1. Add your seasonings (1/2 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and seasoned salt) together in a small bowl.
2. Spray the chicken with oil then liberally add on the seasoning mixture.
3. Rub the seasoning mixture into the chicken.
4. Add a spoonful of bang bang sauce to each chicken strip. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380F/193C for 8 minutes, or until the chicken comes to the safe internal temperature of 165F/74C.

Just want to say how awesome Cosori is. They have great customer service. Easy to understand representatives on the phone (I get stressed out trying to follow accents). When my home of 30 years burned down (hopped over from a neighbor) I lost everything. When I eventually called Cosori to replace my fryer they were so kind as to let me buy another for only $40 including S&H. They could have denied me with the fact my loss wasn't their fault. Good on them. They really are the best quality.

Another great video! I’m excited to try the curry since it’s summer and need to keep the heat from cooking to a minimum. My tomatoes and onions are almost ready to harvest and this will be great!

I’ve been looking at the smaller Cosori even though I have the Cosori 5.8 which I love but as a single person household sometimes I just want to do smaller recipes like Hailey’s or even just one hamburger patty or a small amount of leftovers so again you hit the mark! Thank you! PS: You made me giggle when you did the Bang Bang chicken cut up without gloves which surprised me since you dislike raw chicken handling…the you said the same thing about raw chicken…we’ve been hanging around together too much!😂😂

Just received your Air Fryer cookbook today and can't wait to make some of your recipes. Looking thru your cookbook I noticed that an ingredient was missing from your Mini Cheesecake, the measurements are there but no ingredient. I believe it is sugar. Will try soon.

great video but you need to try pork ribs. Just apply a BBQ dry rub wrap in foil cook meat side down (60mins @ 190 C) then uncover apply a wet BBQ sauce . Place back in the air fryer meat side up for 10 to 15 mins @ 190 C. perfect tasty almost fall of the bone ribs. ( remember to remove skin from the back of the ribs).

Have you used the gourmia griddle airfyer. The deal guy is featuring one from Costco. I have the Corsori it was not the model you said was recalled for fire, however it shuts off sometimes and the plug on the cord feels hot so the fear of a fire is making me nervous.

Those pizzas are easy and fabulous! I’ll try some of the other recipes too. As for cilantro, I can eat it in salsa but by itself, all I taste is a soapy flavor. 🤢

Hey friend! Welcome! Glad you are here! All of my recipes will work with the Dual Blaze - the only thing you need ot know is that you don't have to rotate your food! I just use the air fry setting on that and change the time and temp to what I need. OR I push the broil button, which will turn off the lower burner, if I'm cooking something like bacon and things start to get a little smokey because the grease is getting too hot!

I belong to the "I hate cilantro" club!! It doesn't taste like soap or dirt to me, but it tastes very nasty. 😝😵🤭 If a dish has it, I won't eat it, or even try to pick it out, because the flavor permeates everything! Ewwww..

I tried to weigh in on your Paula Dean (Ceramic) comparison. I was watching you on my Apple TV but I can’t comment on the Apple TV. So, I tried to comment on my iPad but the site isn’t accessible. I’m forced therefore, to respond here however, it is not directed toward celebrity. I wondered why you, who clearly favours one brand gives all the advantages of your knowledge, skill, and experience to skew the results to more closely match you favoured brand. You give profoundly skewed results to make the competitor reflect your favoured brand. Why not let the competitor win or lose on their own merit or lack thereof? If their product fails to be intuitive don’t make the results reflect intuition. You’re influencing viewers, falsely (unintentionally), to perceive results that aren’t true (unintentionally). Here’s one aspect that I particularly dislike. If the product doesn’t have a halfway flip stage then don’t step in and flip for them. Let it run full time without flipping. I hope I haven’t been harsh. My only intention was to advise.
