I had to learn how to be a man myself and smile at others. When i think of Ivan, i think of how we can help others get through the day by cheering people up, instead of making others' days worse. Thank you for helping so many people have an outlet to get out of the cage that holds them

As a 67 year old school biker who has been rocking since Woodstock , these cats will go down in rock history as classic ! Its not if but when . their music is from the soul and their talent is as good as anyone out there today.

FFDP I have listened to since the bleeding hit my ears one day, and I looked up all their songs and kept listening over the years. I have been lucky enough to see them in concert a couple times. As someone with a troubled past and a Veteran, their music has helped me through so much pain and darkness. There are more times than I can count when my darkness has settled in, if anything this band has helped me through my life so many times. Your music is true art and inspiration and helps many of us cope with pain and much more so thank you for everything you do.

I only found this band a year or so ago, and I think their music and the message's within were a catalyst to seek help for my (now diagnosed) PTSD. I truly believe they may have quite literally saved my life. So thank you for that.

Man did I even not realize how much I needed this group of artists so much in my life. I listen, i mean really listen to so much and varied music- trust me I have a wide range of likes and this...this BAND speaks so loudly and clearly to my inner being and they actually rest my soul. I'm telling you all, seriously, daily I listen to several songs but top of the list is "A Little Bit Off Today" "Wrong Side of Heaven" of others at least three times....daily. Finding new ones every week I love to hear over and over as well. These guys are GODS for the human soul.

May 2020, my wife had a stroke and had to have surgery. I couldn't be there due to covid, I listened to this song on repeat to get me thru the pain. She is all well now, thank God and thank FFPD for a song that got me thru my personal pain. Ivan, you and the guys are amazing and thank you for music that hits the soul. I am forever grateful.

I found these guys back in high school. That was back in 2007-2008. Nobody knew who they were at the time. But now they're one of the greatest bands around. It's amazing how things change

Getting sober has been the hardest thing I've done in my life. My mom passed away 2 years ago and we loved the music and played it loud. I continue the tradition. But the music yall make is the biggest help. I am now and forever a knuckle head. Love you all!!!

I lost my Marine Vetern brother 7.5yrs ago and my 8yr old daughter 8.5yrs ago. My dear brother and I were always close and when he returned from duty he battled PTSD from his time in Iraq. It was heartbreaking to watch him struggle. Now I battle my own PTSD due to the tragic losses I have faced yet ever time I listen to 5FDP not only do I feel like a little piece of my brother is given back to me but I am enveloped in a sheltering embrace and it warms me. Thank you 5FDP for giving voice to our servicemen and women, our first responders and the painful side of life along the way. I am grateful for you.

So as a kid I was abused and beaten. Depression. Self harm. Suicide attempts. Autism. Anxiety. Spaning over my entire life. I often feel misunderstood. And my fiancè often gets upset with the difficulties that come with all of it. I can't get the words out or that I'm not being listen too. FFDP. And just music in general. Helps me know I'm not the only one feeling the way I do. When I'm angry. Sad of scream crying in the shower. FFDP. DISTURBED. They...always seem to know what I'm feeling and trying to say. Thanks guys. You have no idea how many lives you save by doing what you do.

I am a disabled Veteran and would love to see them in concert but I am afraid audience would be too much for my service dog and I. Their music makes me want to survive now and not be defeated

I don't usually listen to metal, but heard this on the radio a couple of months ago and had to see who sang it. Having suffered from depression and anxiety my whole life, then my wife dying 7 months ago, I feel this song deeply. The melody and the lyrics really hit home for me. I've never felt so lonely or depressed in my life, and some days I don't want to go on, anymore. Songs like this really seem to understand me, even when most people don't.

At the end of the sentence Ivan (vocals, in case you don't know) puts his hands over the head and open them. To me, it means that he's wearing a joker's hat, and you know what? joker cards are not used to play... he's an empty card, he can't win because he is not in the game, he CAN'T BE there. My mother passed away November 13th 2021. I'm glad she's at her peace, however the darkness has definitely settled within me. Inspiring tracks like this make me want to understand the feeling of writing/composing/performing music more in-depth. To know the feeling of playing in front of a crowd is one thing I will work towards, maybe then I'll cross off being able to travel this beautiful planet of ours before meeting my mother again.

My dad used to tease me and say “Heaven won’t take you and hell’s afraid you’ll take over”! Wish he was still here.

My oldest son loved FFDP and this song was one of his favorite. And my favorite too. My son died in October and we played this song in church at his funeral ❤️❤️ It would be my biggest experience to see them in concert. FFDP are a great band and their music and lyrics really moves me ❤️
