Welcome back to crown stag voice over. Today, I discuss Fiverr voice over jobs for beginners in 2021 and give my complete and honest review of the popular Fiverr website for freelance voice work. If you were ever wondering how to be a voice actor on Fiverr, and how to find voiceover work online, then please stick around and watch until the end. It seems like there are dozens of websites out there such as Freelancer, Upwork, Bunny Studios (formerly VoiceBunny), Voices.com, Voice123 and more that offer you the opportunity to work from home doing freelance voice over jobs online. But most would agree that Fiverr is one of the biggest (and maybe the best) platforms for starting a freelance voiceover career. I’ll share my Fiverr experience with you, and provide my honest opinion so that you have more information to make your own decision. Thank you so much for this video. No bs, lots of information. Great eyes, too. LOL. I have a Fiverr and a Freelancer. I got my first gig on Freelancer in 2 days and have already been paid. I really want to get my foot in the door on Fiver, though.

Thank you Sir Neil! As someone who works full time and is still just 4 months into the new job, I think after watching your video that it just makes sense for me to spend the next few months only doing research on the platform. Once I have full settled in, I can establish a consistent time management for building my Fivver brand from level zero (and responding to customers in a timely manner.) Nothing should be at the expense of my existing full-time contract gig until it’s done by the end of 2022.

I come from the old analog days where you walked into a local studio so Fiverr and other sites I now utilize has been...different? Competing on price has been the real challenge while trying to pop out of the puzzle of the newbies or at least people with little experience. One thing I dislike about Fiverr, I had hoped you would have mentioned, is they charge the buyer 20% and me 20%. That's just greedy. It seems that they could at least taper down on their percentages per the amount of work you book. The other is promoted gigs. I have not heard much if any real success stories and seems to chalk up to another greed factor for Fiverr. My 2¢. Thanks Neil.

It’s by no means a perfect platform or system and the double charging does sting but it’s similar to voices.com. They just charge you up front and then the client / you when you book a gig.

Now a level 2 VO on Fiverr, it's a great way to build your career. You get the odd weird message but customer service have been really responsive and helpful. Free to join, go for it.

FYI. You become a Pro Seller without leveling up, I believe. You just have to apply and supply proof of your professionalism with your website details, client reviews etc. So you could be a level 0 seller but still rank as a pro if you fulfill their criteria.

I do not understand the Fiver website..... I have no idea how to attract clients... I made a gig. But no one responds to it...

Fiverr is a free site to join. You just need to set up a profile and gig

Unless you’re either female, don’t speak English, or you impersonate celebrities, Fiverr’s buyer requests are absolutely USELESS for voice overs.

Don't know how I bumped onto this. All in all Damn good video 🥇. I also have been watching those rather similar from mStarTutorials and kinda wonder how you guys create these stuff. MSTAR TUTORIALS also had amazing information about similiar things on his vids.

There are Fiverr gigs who will look at your gig and give you feedback. Anthony Pica is one of them.

The negative is that if you don't charge such little pay, compared to what VO services used to get, you won't get work. All these oneline platforms destroyed the voice over community as a the lucrative industry it used to be.

@@CrownStagVoiceover The only way for it to be lucrative is to get a top agent and work on national projects. These online services are for scraps. The ROI is poor. However, I could be wrong. If so I still have to learned about it. And I’ve seen many videos on all these voiceover KZfaq channels.

I get more of my income through my own direct marketing efforts over the p2p sites. I ben more than I do from my 12 + agents
