Djamila’s inspiring journey began as an international HR Apprentice Fives at Solios, where she managed the Tamkeen project and oversaw the aluminum division abroad. Her ambition led her to a highly responsible apprenticeship where she gained valuable experience and focused on personal development.
Despite her natural shyness, Djamila enhanced her communication skills through interactions, serving as a career springboard and opening up many opportunities. She has now joined Fives Services Gulf Aluminium in Bahrain as a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise), marking another significant step in her career.
