3:45 in my case anyway, these services can't be changed. But if you do it from the registry, just be aware that your com[uter will not work correctly unless you restore their startup to 2 (Automatic) in registry.

Edge is already built in and can't be deleted, but I may know your problem. Microsoft Edge runs automatically in the background. so when you turn on your PC/laptop your Edge will automatically run in the background, and when you try to open Edge it won't take long to boot up and appear. so my point? well try to turn it off in the Edge setting by going to system and performance then turn off the "Continue running background extension and apps when Microsoft Edge is close, or try using Edge. I'm currently using it and it's pretty fast. I can say it's on par with Google but yeah that's about it. hope this helps
