Check the proxy settings. Turn on cookies. Clear cache and cookies once. Check if your antivirus is automatically deleting cookies. Mark your PC as trusted computer in Google account.

Hi Sandeep, just FYI, my Windows box has 128GB of RAM and with Chrome running, Windows still shows 99% memory used.
