Does not work for Win 10, only for Win 11

In my Regedit there is no Personalisation under Windows 10 under the path you've suggested. Why? But I created the NoLockScreen and gave the DWord value of 0 in a different path : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Personalization. Guess what? It worked! Now I can change the Lockscreen! But this silly problem of unable to change the Lockscreen image shouldn't have arisen, in the first place. We shouldn't be forced to find convoluted and tortuous solutions to this. But this is much better than the bizarre solution given by one Derrick19 in Microsoft Community which is simply not working for anyone.
