I have the same problem - but the two strings of my bracelet go through the same rubber hole. So I can't do the same process as you because your heart has two holes... Any advice?

I'm going to try this on my bracelet. Mine has a single hole, but the rubber piece has two sides. I am hoping that in our situation, we can use less thread but with a smaller needle.

Mine is one hole also, I'm just gonna wrap it around the ball and not care if I can see it as long as it's tighter. But I'm gonna try what the above user suggested first in trying to wrap it around the chains.

I've added a little silicone ring under the ball of a couple of my bracelets that became loose. I just push it up behind the ball and it stays.

How do I fix the end? The ball at the end of one of the chains came off :(

Can a tiny hook go through the end of the chain?? If so you can out on a tiny hook (ring) and then on that you can put any charm you want. But if it's one if those that's not a chain with links then I'm afraid your only solution is tge jeweler or learning how to solder yourself. Good luck ❤️
