Girl thank youuuuu!!!! I've had my sliding bracelet for about 1.5yrs and started having this issue to the point where I stopped wearing it because it was falling off. I actually thought about buying a new bracelet and return the old 1 with the receipt, lol. Now I don't have to be trifling. They should tighten it for free, we pay too much to have to go through this.

They just said "oh you should have fewer charms to make it less heavy" hm interesting how you didn't mention that last week when I bought it all from you here? and now the solution is giving them even more money to fix what shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. the sliding thing it comes with is so WEAK. so thank you very much for uploading this! much appreciated

I loved this bracelet when it first came out. I was really excited when I got it for my birthday but when I took it home and started to use it i was quite disappointed because I realized that the ball was way too weak to hold the bracelet in place. I thought that I probably had put too many charms on it and removed some but that didn't help at all. But now I really want to try this and hope it finally stays in place.

Great idea. I saw a photo of several of these bracelets lined up with the charms on it. I couldn't figure out how they were put on. But now you gave me the answer. They actually were clips. There are so many things that we can do with the clips. I too, love being creative. Have you ever seen Pandoras retired double diva clip? The possibilities are endless I've managed to track down a couple. Not cheap but well worth it. Thanks for sharing. I really love and enjoy your videos.

Did you notice if the chain becomes more flexible with use or should I just wear it for special occasions?

We don't have the buy more promo in Australia. It seems dumb and a waste of money if you are risking not having any warranty with a deal like that. I get not being able to swap or return but if it's faulty and a replacement is required, i would expect to still have a year's warranty. May as well be risking Ebay lol. Did u want to get a replacement? Or didn't trust the style so wanted to swap? In Australia we have change of mind swap on full price items for 2 weeks but on sale items it's no exchange unless it's faulty. But if u buy sales on their estore it can be returned or exchanged up to 1 month. I think that is great because sometimes you didn't have a look at something instore but when it's on sale you might want it. We don't get alot of different sales. 3 for 2 ring, charm, earring deals. Or GWP. That's about it. Definitely try again at another store. They might have different thoughts now it's been out for awhile. All the best. Otherwise you did come up with a g8 idea for a fix. I'll stay tuned as i wouldn't be getting one until it doesn't have the problem. I thought the biggest problem would be it ending up dangling in my dinner or the loo. Lol.

I don't know what your promo was but what I've been told is if it's a GWP the gift is not usually replaced if there's a problem because mostly we get bangles or ornaments they don't usually have. Or if it's sales because it's retired they would have to refund amount paid. I know the manager at my store said that the bracelet like yours shouldn't self loosen and if it does it might be a faulty batch and to bring it back. I told her about my concerns after watching your videos. It doesn't make sense to have a defect product out there giving their brand a bad name. Look at the first baby open locket. It kept opening so they recalled it and redesigned it. I would take your receipt and have another go at a replacement. You aren't asking for a different product and maybe by now they have realized there's a problem with some of them. I also remember some of the old essence bracelets opening and falling off and they redesigned the clasp on them.

I will not be buying any more junk from Pandora. If anyone can recommend a NON PANDORA clip to solve this probrlm I would greatly appreciate it. I have 2 bracelets myself and multiple charms. I have bought both my dtrs bracelets and multiple charms. I've bought countless number of charms as gifts for others. I've also purchased a necklace and the matching earrings and 5 pandora rings. This essentially is expensive costume jewelry, but of course we all love them. If Pandora cannot take the time to put some effort and maybe a little bit more money into correcting this problem, they're no longer worth my time and money. On 2 separate occasions both my dtr and myself were essentially blown off by Pandora associates in less than 5 minutes, being told this was OUR FAULT because we got the bracelets wet (and???? Did anyone ever tell you not to?) and that it was a non fixable problem. On top of that it was sincerely suggested the solution was "you have to just buy a new one"!!!! I'm not kidding this entire transaction was less than 5 minutes. They were completely unconcerned. In fact the lady just walked away. My point isn't a rude sales clerk, it is that the clerks are all well aware of the problem, they've heard it many times before. Therefore im sure corporate is also well aware. So what is Pandora going to do? Keep selling $125 and up bracelets that may last a year to 18mos? I can get that at Kohls for under $50. If the bracelet falls off you lose all your beads which alot of times have a sentimental value worth much more then retail. It infuriates me to think for close to 15 years now I've been purchasing Pandora products and this is how faithful customers are rewarded. The lady said....well if you've had it over a year your warranty has expired. I think Pandora may have completely outgrown their britches so to speak. For the record, I have purchased some Pandora items at a local independent jewelry store and was told by their sales people retail jewelers consider Pandora to be little kids jewelry. Lol I don't disagree after having this experience. A good friend of mine worked for a jeweler for years and I was told by him there is a 200% mark up on jewelry. If that's correct I feel like Pandora can afford to take the hit for this problem, why should the customer be the one that loses her bracelet or just doesn't wear it because of being afraid of losing it?

Very useful idea 😘✨Did you not take the bracelet back and tell the store what was happening ? even if you like the way it works now maybe Pandora need a report of this just like Windows do for the blips in the system and they ask you to help them and want you to send a report when stuff go wrong with their software 😂😂 If you do go and tell them at the store would you mind getting back to us about what they said 🤔 My saying is give them something to think about🤔
