sometimes when i put the earbuds especially the right side like touch repeatedly and the google assistant appear, sometimes even make the earbuds off.. do u know why?

The right one spunky beat have smaller volume than my left? Have you find this problem? And what solution should i do to fix this?

Thanks! I’ll try my best to cover as much as possible. Though I can tell tou right now, it’s safe to assume that all QCC3020 chips (which basically all budget TWS uses to support aptX), will have no latency for video, but 300-400ms on gaming, I think it’s safe to assume the Mezone B6 will behave this way too

Hi! Good day! My onyx neo doesn't seem to work properly and I want to restart it. Before when I was using it when I take out the earbuds from the case they automatically connects to my phone but unfortunately just a few days ago it started to function improperly.. I wanted to restart it but when I put the earbuds to the case, there seems to be no light on the indicator. It was supposed to show a blue light on the case when you put back the earbuds and the earbuds should have automatically turn off but it does not. I need to turn off the the earbuds individually (hold and press earbuds for 5 seconds) Also, it doesn't charge. I tried charging the case with the earbuds on but there is no red light showing on the LED indicators

I can connect my Tronsmart one side only (either L or R) to Android. However, when connected to Windows 10, it must be in pair in order to connect to PC. It's a pain, because sometimes my other side earbuds is in lowbat, or I need to listen to environment around, thus connect one side only earbuds. How to fix it? thanks..

Or is making calls too difficult like airdots or qcy t1c. I have used both, I hope spunky are better than those.

No the mics won’t be as good as wired earphones that literally put the mic in front of your mouth (or very close right), but one thing for sure is they’re better than the old airdots or T1C, don’t worry you’ll see an improvement

Hi can someone please help me. I bought the spunky beat early this year and it went well for at least six months. And after that the left earbud (and only the left one) stopped working. It will not turn on and when charged, it will glow red but the red light is dimmer than the right one (not broken). The problem is even if i put the broken obe all day in the case charging, the second i pull it out, it stopped working. And this happened with the second one i got for replacement too. Same time, same side everything. And i am very carefull with this thing so im curios if anyone out there has experienced the same thing as i have?

My unit behave weirdly. If i pair with Left earbud, the right one will occasionally having connection issue (audio stuttering). If i pair with Right earbud, the left one will have stuttering, to the point it is very frustrating. Any thought about this? Already done reset but still occuring

Hmm stuttering is not something that can be solved with this, I'm not sure though, maybe try to pair to another phone and see if the problem persists? Or maybe, try to give someone try it out see if they have the same issue

1 question. It connects with phone bluetooth on 1 side only, correct? Can both buds connect individually with phone bluetooth, like soundpeats truengine2?

Hello. I have these earbuds and i hate them. They loose connection,they turn off out of the blue. I have long hair, and i think because they are so sensive with the tocuh, my hair makes it to turn off. When i am cleaning the house , if i am in the other room, i loose connection with the mobile. The only thing i like is that they are small ans it fits good in my ear. I had Qcy Qs1 and Qs2 and i did really liked those. What else do you recommend to be stable, small, and with clear connection during a call? Thank you

Unfortunately this is the best we can get currently, maybe you can try GT1 Plus, since it’s still in the same shape as QS1 which fits well with you, and it also doesn’t detect touches like crazy, while still (in theory) have a call quality on par with these. And that’s because my unit is defective, you can hear a very loud static noise during the call tests I’ve done with it, I’ve heard people saying they don’t have it though ✌🏻 So yeah, I think if you’re looking for something else, try GT1 Plus. And sorry for the tronsmart, I’ve said in my review the touch could be annoying, but didn’t imagine it will get worse with long hair 😢

Yes I have them and they have been totally unreliable. Do not connect quickly or at all. Connect but then turn themselves off. Connect but sound is not going through the buds. People on the other end of the line on calls can barely hear me. Happens with different phones with bt5 and apt x

Yeah sure, for now I am recommending GT1 Plus for sound and Sounky Beats for best overall value, I think any of these would be a great upgrade

If onyx neon is much cheaper go for it, if price is the same go for spunky beats, it’s the better one, but not really worth twice the price

If the price is not that different, get Spunky Beat, if Onyx Neo is much cheaper, get Onyx Neo

Is it normal that there is an interrumption like every 3 or 4 songs? It's like the right earbud stops working for less than a second. Also sometimes when i move my head or live my phone y my bed and walk like 3 meters they both seem to have connection issues and sometimes i have to put them in the case to reset.

Hmm my suggestion is try to move someplace else, or use another phone to see if the problem is repeatable, since a couple seconds of cuts is to be expected especially when there’s a lot of wireless devices around (e.g. a wifi router)

Similar issue with mine, the Bluetooth doesn't disconnect but sometimes at random the audio cuts off for a split second and then resumes. Happens to both earbuds (never really noticed when only using 1 earbud). I've tried 2 devices so far (phone and Windows laptop)

I got my spunky beat, it works all fine , but I'm used to having my Bluetooth earphones connected to phone and laptop simultaneously (that's how it was with my mpow flame) but these earphones only connect to one device at a time. Is this how the product is or can I do something about it ?

This method has not worked for me either. When I put the right earbud in the box it lights up and won't let me pair it. There is no way the right earbud is working for me.

Didn't you forget one step, forgetting the device on bluetooth recent devices? Also, it didn't work for me i tried re-setting for like 6 times and it still wouldn't pair properly then the left earbud just stopped charging when i placed it back on the case lol

Just a suggestion, you should have newer phone(2019-2020) that could run aptx Hd and the latest version of ios that could run AAC. Sound may differ a lot. Great content though! 😊
