Thankyou! It definately made a difference. The delay after pressing pause or pressing the button to fast forward 30 seconds was as much as 6 seconds + it cut that by perhaps 75%

Thank you! That fixed my remote as well. Every time I would do a search on the Roku, it was going 2 to 3 letters for every time I clicked. The button wasn't stuck. But this fixed it.

I suggest also to remove every channel you don't use. Update all channels you use. Get the best batteries available. Repair the remote. Then do the trick in this video.

@@Christian_counsel I’m so baffled by this tbh. I grew up in the 80s and never experienced this garbage with the old box tvs and vcrs unless the remote batteries were low or dead. Now we are living in an age where technology is literally at your fingertips and getting better and better everyday and Roku can’t manufacture a remote/tv that doesn’t delay? I get your paying less for this tv but I mean come on… really? 🤣 decided to stick with the old trusty Samsung smart tv and I again am not disappointed and I can control the tv from an app on my phone. Love this new feature. Cost a couple hundred more but we’ll worth it. Roku 📺 should of been DOA and I recommend nobody buy one.
