This is how I fix my whoop motors when the shaft and bell separate. Search for Loctite 609 and/or retaining compound. #fpv #tinywhoop

great video!! I will have to try to salvage some old bells. I had a few sets from the 2023 season that burned out but didnt slip on me, I found the old style was less prone to slipping. Replaced the bells of my new, slipped motors with those bells and that solved my issues.

Thanks! Ohh interesting.. I feel like I've noticed bells slipping a ton, even with some of the knurled shaft motors. I also think they don't take a repair as good as the smooth ones.

Nice, i have a many slipping motors ready for this treatment. I take the c clip off with the motor and my hands inside a plastic bag so that if it does ping off, I don't loose it.

That's a really solid idea, I've lost more than a few from them flying out into the abyss

I think I make that fix once per motor 😢, lot of crashes for racegow2... And your flights for racegow2 are so impressives 👍👍

Yeah.. I've definitely had them break after fixing them, but sometimes they'll be good until the motor burns out. Thanks! Lots of broken stuff from RaceGOW haha, fixing motors helps me justify buying more replacement AIOs

@@FPV_Cam yes, I do the same... But next step for me is to rewind motors, to be autonomous in brushless motors haha! I see someone which rewind 0802 motors on KZfaq

Ive gotten so efficient at doing this, I can do the whole process with just my thumbnails no tools.
