1 lesson and some amazing results from Kade
There were a couple main things I noticed in his swing when we started our first lesson...
His address position was a little off so that is a quick and easy fix...
We then working on his takeaway and backswing. We noticed his back leg was unstable and he was lifting the club from his arms more in the takeaway and backswing.
So we got him doing our med ball torso rotations, Torque Trainer Torso Resisted Feel drill to increase his torso mobility, before finally getting into some hip resisted and hip assisted swings to help with turning around a firm back leg and rotating his hips better.
