I believe Frank Sinatra will be very proud of you and your band for making this wonderful version of “Fly Me To the Moon”, as you injected new life into this 69-year-old song, and your modern interpretation has kept this classic song alive for future generations and I am sure they will appreciate the song as much as we do. That is a genius interpretation and modernization of a classic Sinatra song. Which was a big band song. Gigi made it a jazz/rock song with some Ella Fitzgerald - Mel Torme scat at the end. Two contemporaries of Sinatra that he greatly admired. So she brought the song back to Sinatra's time frame when he first recorded it. Ingenious.

Yeah! 100% Agree!! As they have been saying in interviews for the past 6 months, all of them in the band does research/study and practice each their own "instrument." I like what SurJon (keyboard) mentioned in one of their interviews- "Learning is a lifelong process of their craft". Additionally, Fly Me to the Moon is a forte of theirs. There are several different versions of this song covered in their live streams. This version we only have Jon, LA and Gigi(scatting) doing solo adlibs. 😉😉😉> I actually have one version in my possession where all of them even Jake(bass) and Romeo (drums) had their own adlib parts too.

As a music connoisseur for decades (I’m 64) this, one of my all time favorite songs, I’m in awe, I salute you with utmost respect for pouring your heart out, making this song your very own. This Jazzy version is unique and the finest I’ve ever heard, musicians are in complete command and in the zone, and Gigi, you are an amazing fantastic singer and artist, your inflection, phrasing and delivery of this particular song touches and elevates the mood. Both my heart and mind agree that this is the best cover of Fly Me To The Moon. Frank Sinatra's cover has all that jazz, but Gigi's own isn't only jazzy. It’s rocky and funky as well.

Is there a word that is beyond excellence or excellent?? If so you are above excellent and your band is great!! I went from Sacramento, California to the moon a thousand times while listening to your rendition of FLY ME TO THE MOON. Whoever arranged the song the way you did it is a genius and if I am not mistaken, I guess it was Sir Jon the great keyboardist! The band was excellent and Gigi your scat was beyond my imagination. The intro sounded like funk and then the surprise came and made me say "WOW" what a great changeover!! You never cease to amaze me. GOD has given you such great talent to share to the world.

This is one of my favorite song since i heard this frank Sinatra song,i use to hear this in a piano version with a melodrama tune,And when i heard this GIGI de Lana version,i been hook up. I am almost stunned beyond words! But I have to give my head a shake to find them in order to give props to this performance. As someone who loves all genres of music, including jazz-rock-funk fusion, I have to say that this version and performance of Gigi and the band is truly and simply OUT OF THIS WORLD! Somehow superlatives like "incredible", "amazing" and "excellent" fall short in describing this piece of musical masterpiece and Master Class in vocal performance. The band blasts off propelled with multiple rocket boosters as Gigi steadily and gracefully builds up power. Then she takes us on vocal runs to different musical worlds weaving, twisting, turning, shooting for the highest star then teasing us with some K Z Tandingan-like riffs and scatting that we have only heard from legendary jazz vocalists. With the GG Vibes in strong and full support for the entire journey, she guides us back down gently to earth with power left in the tanks. Though the expedition more than fulfilled its mission, this passenger doesn't want the ride to end. But all good things must come to an end. Truly, that was a thrill ride like no other. Thank you Gigi and the GG Vibes! God bless!

After listening to so many covers by Gigi de Lana I finally realised why it is called "covers". Gigi "covers" these songs with her own personality that oozes tons of charisma. This to me is the best cover of Fly Me To The Moon. The arrangement is so intricately unexpected, and Gigi's vocals weaves in and out seamlessly. Superb!

She made the song her own. She made the song sound good, it wasn't boring. She can sing any genre well & make the song sound good. She's amazing as always. She's not only a powerful singer, possesses singing prowess, the chops, has skills, has the singing ability to sing at an international level, is charming, has swag but also very talented & a good sport. She's very talented, is an incredible, remarkable vocalist. It's wasted she's just singing in a small home studio. She should be releasing her own albums.

I'm a huge jazz fan, more so than pop, and I'm convinced that she would easily be one of the greatest jazz singers of all time if she chooses jazz exclusively. But if she did that, I guess the rest of the world would miss out on hearing such a flawless, beautiful, gifted voice. Give recognition also to that awesome, very versatile band. The members are also gifted. Last but not least, to the world class artist who does the arrangements.

Ngayon lang ako nag fan girl ng ganto. Ms. Gigi De Lana, pag nag ka concert ka talaga pag iipunan ko. You sounded like how I want to sound when I sing😭. Pinakita ko yong mga covers mo kay Papa pati rin si papa na hook, ang galing mo daw pati daw yong banda mo. Araw araw kitang pinapatugtug dito sa bahay, dahil sayo nakaka excite maglinis ng bahay at mag hugas ng plato😭✋. Love u, Miss Gigi and ur band. It's a sin na there's people who don't know you yet, you guys honeslty deserve an international spotlight. We don't deserve you guys but you guys deserve the world.😭💖

Wow, what a brilliant musical arrangement! I have listened countless versions of this song countless times, but I am speechless on this version. I really enjoyed Gigi‘s vocal, facial expressions, and gestures so much. She is a great story teller. The band is equally brilliant. Keep up the awesome work, a big fan from Taiwan ❤

Is there a word that's past greatness or excellent?? If so, you're over fabulous, and your band is extraordinary!! Whoever orchestrated the song the way you did it may be a virtuoso, and if I am not mixed up, I figure it was Sir Jon, the excellent keyboardist! The band was amazing, and Gigi, your scat was past my creative ability. The intro sounded like funk, and after that, the shock came and made me say, "WOW" what a great changeover!! You never terminate to astound me. GOD has given you such extraordinary ability to share with the world.

Gosh I am not tired to watch this song.FOR ME YOUR THE BEST....clear smooth diction etc very contagious...Is there any CD contains 20 songs but this one only ? I think I watched all the reaction already funny me hahahahha...You dont need to be high pitch to encourage us..that cool sounds make us feel giggled
