Viziepop needs way more credit. She didn't have to touch on the seriousness of predatory workplace relationships. She didn't have to include deaf representation in her series. Most of the show is lighthearded with dark comedy (is that an oxymoron?), but she still touches on serious topics with genuity. While there are still jokes while showing serious topics, the serious topics are never treated as a joke.
