Hm, I usually don't put down food stands until I have two or three rides. Drinks people will buy like crazy, but food most will buy only when they've been in your park for a while. So drinks and toilets would likely be a better choice than food stands with just a single ride.

You need an entrance fee of like at least two or three dollars because people are attracted to your park no matter what

I don't have the game yet but harder mode looks to be so cool. Sandbox mode is awesome to create massive parks and coasters but hard mode looks like where the fun really begins. The decoration challenge is amazing because it forces the player to spend time decorating.

You should charge $2 for entry. Make a larger que, or however its spelled. Lower the price for food. And if you're really needy, charge a few bucks to use the bathrooms.

Refund rate is the amount of money you get back from an object when you delete it.

I suggest putting that hot dog stand on another side of the building because it being right across from the milkshakes makes that little path very busy! also based on the comments from guests about chief beef, I suggest training that worker! it sounds like the food is the problem not the prices or anything else.

I would delete the second restroom. It's costing you 100 dollars a month and not needed. I'd also put a dollar charge on the other restroom. All you need is 100 people to use it to offset your loss. Liking the series so far!

YESS!! You're one of the few that is playing hard mode, so I'm excited for this series! Much more thought to put into things

I wouldn't even bother with all the food/drinks until you have at least 2-3 rides. If you build more rides and go hard on the queue scenery then you reach the scenery goal whilst also charging a fortune for a few more flat rides and before you know it your money problems will be gone. Much easier to make money of rides than heaps of food places.

You should make them pay for entrance, just a little bit, like $0,5 or $1 ?

If you wanna know what the guests are thinking you can click them too, that way you can see why they walk away from rides and stuff

You're the only one that I've seen that does the hard mode (or whatever it's called).

This is awesome! First let's play I've found with proper challenge mode play, most people completely ignore scenery and wonder why they fail (and never bother to click on the customers to find out...)

That's be a nice idea for this game is to have a token booth to charge certain tokens for rides, and set how much tokens are.

Don't know if you noticed but if you look at the hotdog squad signs they also have chief beef written on them so maybe the signs are almost identical because hotdog squad is owned by chief beef in the planet coaster world?

You would make so much money just charging a bit for the entrance fee! When I saw all of those people walking into the park when you first opened I was cringing because I was like LOOK AT ALL THAT POTENTIAL MONEY! I know you don't ever really do that, or at all, but in hard mode, at least at the beginning, I think it is essential to help keep some income rolling in! Good luck! Hint the shorter the que is the longer it will seem when it is full so when you make it longer it will seem short when it is long like it is now

I think Hotdog Squad is a subsidiary of Chief Beef. the sign for Hotdog Squad has Chief beef on it. That, or they goofed.

Boo, I never catch livestreams because Europe. I hate timezone differences 😓 But I've been addicted to your Planet Coaster videos since last week, plus your voice is really pleasant to listen to.

Have one ride. Change settings to only run on a full load. The queue does not need to be that long because after the line is 2 full rides long, the people won't queue up. They do get thirsty fast so I would eventually add a cosmic cow building but make sure that it is profitable.

I think that 'Challenge Mode' Is actually the real game. Building and managing your park and actually having to look after and maintain it. You can do everything that you can do in Sandbox however it is more realistic and in my opinion more fun to play.

I love how in this game shrubs that would be like $39.99 in real life are $1.50. Hell, if that were the case in real life, I'd hand-build a carnival ride and some toilets and call it a "theme park" to get discounts like this! xD

I'm sure you've read all the comments! Add entrance fee, even if a few dollars, your ride is way to expensive, more people attracted is better than a few (if you get 3-4 people at $10, it's way more than 1-2 person at $16). and it will also invite more people (that spend at shops), lower shop prices just a bit, and the big one is an ATM, but it's a bit cheaty, a character will not leave the park until they run out of money or they are sick, and an ATM restores money to an unlimited amount (simple rides avoid sickness).

"Park balance bonus.....no idea what that is" *Me screaming at my screen* LOOK ABOVE THAT STATEMENT IN YOUR OBJECTIVES. "PARK RATING Challenge." Haha

I always pay my staff an extra $10 a month just to keep them happy, also charge a bit for the restrooms and as people have said, charge an entry fee.
