I'm libyan from libya, About gaddafi, he loved his cuntry and he was driving by the ideas of every Arabic person "wanted to united us all", and he did alot of good things, and aloooot of bad stuff, although the Chad war happened because the aouzou strip it was actually belongs to us, but the first brimstone of libya in 1955"i guess" and for same reason he sold it to the French who were rolling Chad at that time, But over all gaddafi like i said firs gaddafi did alot of good things, and aloooot of bad stuff but people only remember the worst, but compared to the life we're living now, anyone will prefer gaddafi over this mess.

I am not Libyan, but I must say this: Libya has the most beautiful city names in the whole planet. :D

Considering that I learnt about colours thanks to looking at flags when I was an infant, I believe that the reason why green is my favourite colour it's because of the old Libyan flag. Seeing that green rectangle with no details on it somehow soothed me.

Thank you for reading through our comments & seeing that majority of Libyans hate him, it’s annoying when I constantly come across non-Libyans from the West who think they can speak for us in the comment section, as if they went through the 42 years under Gaddafi. & no not all of us agreed to the western intervention during 2011. The situation we are in is due to political differences & countries trying to push their agenda within the country, hopefully we can stop dwelling about the past & Gaddafi & move forward to put Libya in the right direction.

I feel the need to point out that challenge coins are kind of a joke in the military. They're used for a drinking game where you compare the rank of who gave it to you, the higher rank wins a free drink. There are exceptions, I still have the one I got from Mattis but the others got distributed among friends, comrades and family.

If you're not familiar with the challenge coin tradition, when you're out in public, you can pull out the challenge coin you received from the highest ranking individual you have and challenge a servicemember to present his. If his coin is from a person of higher rank, you lose. If not or they don't have one, you win.

Hey Barb, I don't usually like to go around correcting people in KZfaq comments, but I appreciate how you have always strived for accuracy in language and culture (with mixed success, we're all only human :P), so for future reference... the correct ‘ōlelo Hawai‘i (Hawaiian language) pronunciation for ‘ukulele is not yoo-kuh-lay-lee, it's something between oo-koo-leh-leh and oo-koo-lay-lay (our vowels are very soft, not harsh, it's hard to translate the pronunciation into text). The yoo-kuh-lay-lee thing that has become common outside of Hawai‘i is guaranteed to grate on the ears of any kanaka maoli (ethnic Native Hawaiian) or kama‘āina (born and raised Hawai‘i resident). Dunno if this will ever become useful in a video, although maybe you should consider doing a bonus vid on Hawai‘i sometime, as the Kingdom of Hawai‘i was an internationally recognized sovereign nation for 98 years, ruled by an absolute monarchy and then a constitutional monarchy before it was overthrown by a small group of businessmen and politicians, mostly American nationals and Hawaiian citizens of American descent, and with the aid of an American military unit, a development that was not wanted by the majority of Hawaiian citizens; consequently it was annexed by the United States a few years later. FYI, if you get a dog or cat, they will shred that thing fast, very entertaining & then it will decompose in your garden much faster. My doxie came upon a shed skin on the trail once & jumped straight up then back a full foot. Very impressive for a mini wiener dog, miss him.
