Lovely!! Try my microwave lemon curd recipe. I think you would love it too and no double boiler. I have also modified a scratch made Chocolate pie recipe that is so rich and delicious to cook in the microwave as well as homemade custard banana pudding. I still use the double boiler sometimes on certain cake fillings. It surely makes things scorch proof. I love every one of your videos!! ❤

Looks yummy. A little helpful hint for u as u scoop up the lemon curd to your pastries cups use a ice cream scoop. I find that very helpful for me when I have fix these. 🙂 love you 📹.
